A sorbet makes a lovely low calorie substitute for ice cream. The only problems I find if you make it at home is that it generally involves freezing and stirring so it doesn´t get those horrible icy crystals. As you may have guessed I have found a quick alternative that cuts out the fiddly bits and it is easy peasy
To make enough for 4 people you will need
300gms of FROZEN strawberries
1 tablespoon of runny honey
1 x 150gm tub of Greek Yogurt
And your food processor
Blitz the frozen strawberries, then add the honey and yogurt and blitz again until smooth.
